海洋之神官方网站做什么

西萨克拉门托 公园 & 娱乐 consists of four separate functions: a 公园 Division, 娱乐 Division, Early Learning 海洋之神登录入口, 和海洋之神官方网站的 树的程序. The 公园 Department provides recreation and leisure opportunities with its park facilities and recreation programming. These programs are designed to help local residents improve their overall health and quality of life.

Join us during this 7 week program exclusively for 西萨克拉门托 seniors. Meet with other residents and participate in age-friendly physical movement exercises including chair exercises, group walks and stretching and take home a bag of FREE fruits and veggies.

When: Every Friday from March 15th-April 26th,10:30am-11:30am

Where: 西萨克拉门托 社区中心1075 West Capitol Avenue, 西萨克拉门托, CA 95691.

Program Schedule10:30-11:00am = Group Chair Exercises

11:00-11:15am = Educational Class

11:15-11:30am = Food Distribution 

Classes also available in Spanish, Russian, Ukranian
